Clarity Password Requirements

Welcome to Clarity Human Services, your new HMIS database. You should have received your username via email. The URL to access the new site is:

https://sandiego.clarityhs.com

Once you navigate to the site, you can use the Forgot Password feature to reset your password and access the system. Please note the following password rules:

•  Must be 8 characters or longer, and be a combination of all four of the following:
• Uppercase characters (A through Z)
• Lowercase characters (a through z)
• Numbers (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (such as !, $, #, %)
• Example: newRTFH2019! (but please don’t use this one)
